NOTE:
1. Adapters often have a different electrical rating on the bladed (plug) end and the receptacle end. Caution should be exercised in their use.
2. Polarity may not be maintained when adapters are used. Some countries have non-polarized systems or reverse polarity plugs/outlets.
3. The over current protection is determined by the plug end.
4. The use of the adapter should be limited to the rating of the adapter.
